The bike is awesome! It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. Very happy with this purchase!
It was very good conversation with seller. He is very responsive and resolved my issue very quickly by having good conversation.
Received my bike today and it looks great except for a couple of minor scratches, haven't rode it yet took a little time to do my pre-ride review first 👍🏽
Overall very happy with the bike. On the first ride it easily climbed a quarter-mile long hill of about 20 degrees. Looking forward to riding trails with it.
I did a lot of research before i purchase two of these electric bikes for me and my wife. It has all the good features. It is a definite adult size bike. Very smooth ride shifts gears very well great electronic speedometer, and battery. Meter you canot go wrong buying this bike.fantastic bike!!! !
This bike with 1500w incredible power!i love the ability to easily ride up hills without breaking a sweat. The fat tires make it super stable, and the 80mile range is just perfect for my long-distance rides.very good!
Received before thanksgiving. I let the whole family try it out. Everyone wants one for christmas now. My 6’6” 375lbs step son went 27 mph uphill peddling on level 5. My 6’4” 300 lbs step son went 37 mph downhill on level 5 using the throttle. I went 39 mph slight downhill peddling on level 5. We were all cruising my entire neighborhood with big grins on our faces, it’s. A fun bike. It is a little heavy for a short person or a slight person to lift, but that is the price you pay for such a stout frame, a full suspension and strong motor.. for this price point, i’m very happy. I will see how it wears over time but if it holds up? You can’t beat it!
Aside from a couple dings n scratches (during shipping perhaps)… fantastic bike!!! Everything its advertised to be. Super solid, super smooth, super sexy! 10 out of 10! !
Great e bike. Customer service was very helpful. I totally recommend cybervelo.
